Potty Training Pants made in Finland
Muksut® training pants are an excellent bridge between diapers and regular underwear. They feature a slim, low-rise, underwear-like design. These waterproof trainers provide protection against minor accidents.
Training pants to support potty training
When wet, the cotton interior feels damp against the skin, helping the child recognize the need to go sooner. At the same time, they absorb a small amount of moisture, protecting outer clothing. These trainers also offer great peace of mind during car trips or situations where a bathroom isn't immediately accessible. Muksut® training pants carry the official Allergy Label from the Allergy, Skin, and Asthma Federation.

When is a child ready for potty training?
A child is ready when they can communicate the need to go, either verbally or through gestures. Interest in the potty is a great sign, and training pants support the process even if their readiness isn't yet fully stable. Generally, potty training begins around age 1–2 or when the diaper stays dry for several hours during the day.
Potty training without stress
Give it time—children sense a parent's impatience. A negative atmosphere can make the process harder, so try to keep potty time pleasant. Pressuring usually doesn't bring the desired results.
Summer is a great time to start
Summer and potty training—what a perfect combination! In colorful training pants, it’s fun to play outside, and when in a hurry, the snap fasteners make it easy to open the pants quickly for a "bush potty" break.
Three easy tips for potty training:
-
When the child sits on the potty or toilet, make sure they actually understand what they are supposed to do. Sometimes we assume they know what "peeing" is, but that's not always the case.
-
Always remember to praise the child when they succeed, including those summer "bush potties."
-
Let the child choose their favorite training pants patterns and the "big kid" underwear they get to wear once they’ve succeeded. This motivates them toward their goal with a reward they love.
Soft and comfortable trainers for sensitive skin
The inner surface is 100% cotton, which feels damp when wet. This natural fiber is suitable for sensitive skin and contains no harmful chemicals. Muksut® training pants carry the official Allergy Label, guaranteeing their safety.
How many training pants do I need?
Usually, 3–5 pairs are enough. At the start, you might wash them more frequently, so a few extra pairs provide flexibility. For daycare, it's good to have an extra set. Use waterproof wet bags for easy transport between home and daycare.
