Iron-On Reflective Tape

Iron-on reflective tape is an easy and practical way to increase visibility and safety on clothing and accessories. You can cut desired shapes from the tape to create unique reflective iron-on designs for items such as children's clothes, beanies, backpacks, or felt products.

The reflective tape attaches easily by ironing, provided that the fabric being used can withstand the ironing temperature.

NOTE! The reflective tape is not a legally required CE-approved reflector, but it does increase visibility when moving in the dark. When properly attached, the film is durable in washing and stays firmly in place, even with use.

Wash at 40°C, do not iron directly over the tape.

Instructions for attaching the reflective tape:

• Ensure the fabric's ironing durability by performing a test iron on a small swatch of the fabric.
• Cut the desired shape from the tape and place it on the fabric with the shinier, transparent film facing up.
• Iron the design on an even, heat-resistant surface. Do not use the steam function or move the iron quickly; instead, press down for approximately 15 seconds, 2–3 times.
• Carefully remove the film immediately after ironing while it is still warm.
• Check that it is attached firmly; the design should be well stuck to the fabric. The weave of the fabric may be lightly visible through the reflective surface.
