The menstrual cup is inserted into  the vagina during menstruation. Menstural blood collects in the cup, which is then emptied approximately 2-4 times a day. After emptying, the cup is rinsed with warm water and soap, then reinserted. The menstrual cup has a stem at the bottom to facilitate removal.

The menstrual cup is suitable for all women; it’s easy to use and comfortable – you might even forget you’re on your period.

The smaller Lunette™ menstrual cup is designed especially for young girls as a first menstrual cup. It’s smaller size makes it easier to use even before first intercourse.

For heavier menstrual flow and for those over 20 years old, we recommend the larger Lunette™ Menstrual cup.
