Finnish-made Women's Merino Wool Clothing
Merino wool provides warmth and comfort year-round. Garments made from merino wool are breathable, warm, and effectively wick moisture away from the skin. High-quality merino wool feels soft against the skin, is non-itchy, and is suitable even for those with sensitive skin.
Easy-care Merino wool
A merino wool garment is an investment that will serve you for years. Merino wool refreshes itself through airing, as the natural fibers naturally repel dirt and odors. Caring for your merino garments is simple: air them out frequently and wash only when necessary. You can find the best tips in our Merino Wool Care and Washing Guide.

How durable is Merino wool?
Merino wool is one of the best and most user-friendly materials available. The natural wool from merino sheep is warm, breathable, and smooth. With proper care, a merino wool garment is as durable as any other clothing. Merino wool rarely requires washing, as it naturally refreshes itself through airing.
Does Merino wool get static?
When freezing weather dries out the air, static electricity increases. In severe cold, a merino wool garment may feel static and cling to the skin. Winter skin needs hydration, so it's important to moisturize during the colder months. Synthetic clothing and home textiles, such as bed sheets, can also increase static.
How to remove static from Merino clothing?
Higher humidity helps reduce static in merino wool. A great trick is to lightly mist the garment with a spray bottle or hang it on a hanger in the bathroom during or after a shower to let the steam work its magic. This also helps smooth out any wrinkles from storage.
Tip: You can also release static by sliding a metal clothes hanger over the garment before putting it on.
Does Merino wool pill?
Any soft knitted fabric may develop some pilling or lint in areas of friction. However, high-quality merino wool does not pill significantly because its fibers are long and do not easily rise to the surface. For any minor pilling, a wool comb or a fabric shaver is an effective solution.
