These mittens are made without a thumb. The wool mittens have a long shaft. There is no elastic band at the wrist and it does not cause pressure. The long shafts are easy to slip under the sleeve of a suit or jacket to keep the warmth in and the cold out.
Breathable merino wool regulates temperature and prevents hands from sweating, so the mittens are excellent for both outdoor activities and naps in a stroller. These baby merino wool mittens are great in the mild weather of autumn and spring, as well as on cold winter days as extra warmth under other gloves.

These baby merino wool mittens are a Rescue product – they are made from cutting remnants of other products. This way we save natural resources and reduce textile waste.

Hand wash gently in lukewarm water or machine wash on a delicate wool cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
Use only detergents specifically formulated for wool. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage. Gently shape the garment while damp and lay flat to air dry, away from direct heat or sunlight. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning.
We recommend airing your garment frequently to refresh it between washes. Wash only when visibly soiled. For added care, consider using a wool conditioner (lanolin) to maintain softness and moisture absorption. When storing your garment for extended periods, protect it from moths by using a sealed plastic bag.
