Merino Wool Sleeping Bag Pehmo
A merino wool sleeping bag with sleeves is a natural choice for warm and peaceful sleep for your baby.
The Muksut Pehmo merino wool sleeping bag with sleeves is a comfortable and safe choice for a baby's sleepwear. This responsibly manufactured sleeping bag combines the best properties of natural materials with a practical design.
The soft merino wool knit is a unique material that warms in the cold and cools in the heat. Merino wool effectively wicks moisture away from the skin and remains comfortable even when damp. If a diaper leaks, the wool absorbs the moisture, keeping the baby comfortable despite the wetness.
A safe baby sleeping bag resembles swaddling and helps the baby settle down for sleep. It keeps little feet warm and prevents them from getting caught between the crib bars. The soft bag creates a secure and familiar environment for the baby, supporting uninterrupted sleep.
The versatile long sleeves enhance comfort. The sleeping bag's cuffs are flexible and wide enough so they will not press on the arms, even when folded over. The envelope-style neckline is pleasantly stretchy and makes dressing easy. A snap fastening at the bottom hem facilitates diaper changes and allows for quick dressing without extra adjustments.
For a baby, the sleeping bag is often enough on its own without a top or bodysuit; a diaper is all that is needed, and an extra blanket is unnecessary. Merino wool keeps the temperature inside the bag constant, often allowing for night feedings without fully waking the baby. When traveling, the sleeping bag serves as an excellent security item, as their own familiar bag makes falling asleep easier, even in a new environment.
Every detail is designed with comfort and safety in mind. The side seams do not press, and the high-quality merino wool knit feels soft and does not itch, even on sensitive skin. The sleeping bag features two layers of merino wool.
The material of the Muksut Pehmo sleeping bag is mulesing-free merino wool knitted in Finland.

How to Wash the Merino Wool Baby Sleeping Bag
Airing out works wonders for wool clothing! Allow the sleeping bag to air out well outdoors and remove visible stains by hand washing locally. If necessary, the sleeping bag can also be washed using a wool wash program on a machine. Wool should not be spun or tumble-dried. Drying should be done flat in a well-ventilated area. Shape the wool garment back into its original form while damp and use a detergent suitable for wool.

Hand wash gently in lukewarm water or machine wash on a delicate wool cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
Use only detergents specifically formulated for wool. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage. Gently shape the garment while damp and lay flat to air dry, away from direct heat or sunlight. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning.
We recommend airing your garment frequently to refresh it between washes. Wash only when visibly soiled. For added care, consider using a wool conditioner (lanolin) to maintain softness and moisture absorption. When storing your garment for extended periods, protect it from moths by using a sealed plastic bag.
