Myllymuksut Oy has been granted The label of trustworthy online business by a non-profit organization, Verkkoteollisuus ry. They are working with the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board and the Finnish Consumer Agency to develop the rules and regulations for online businesses. By receiving this label the company agrees to operate in an honest, clear and trustworthy manner.
Ordering of goods
Cookies must be enabled to use the internet browser so that you can buy products online without problems. Cookies are used to ensure the protection of privacy and information security for your transaction.
To continue shopping please activate the cookie use of the internet browser.
Using Internet Explorer browser enable the cookies in the following manner:
1. Go to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”
2. Select the “Security” tab and change the security level to normal
Using Firefox browser enable the cookies in the following manner:

Please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about cookies or if you wish to make your purchase by phone or email instead of the online store. We charge 5 € invoicing fee from all orders made by e-mail.
Shopping and delivery
The online store will send you an order confirmation after ordering. Please read it through carefully. The responsibility for the correct delivery and billing information lies always with the client. In case you do not receive an order confirmation, please check the e-mail address you gave us, and look in your junk mail folder.
By ordering you accept the current terms of delivery. These terms of delivery are valid only between Myllymuksut Oy and the customer.
Shipping costs are added to your order according to the pre-set weight and volume values of the products. All available options are visible in checkout.

* Post-Brexit, we remain unable to ship goods to the UK with a value from £16 to £135 (check today's currency conversion in Euros.) This is due to taxation issues. If you make an order of less than £135, we will return you the money minus all the transfer costs that occur to us due to the transaction. Please pay extra attention to the final order amount.
All online payments and financing services are managed by Paytrail Oy in collaboration with all Finnish banks and credit institutes. Paytrail Oy acquires the payment and credits it to the seller. Paytrail is the leading service provider in Finland. Paytrail offers payment methods for online stores in co-operation with domestic banks, credit institutions and online store service providers. From the user’s point of view the service functions like a conventional online payment.
Payments are made through a secure SSL (secure sockets layer) environment so that the payment is absolutely safe.
Should you wish to pay with credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Myllymuksut Oy will only market the products and deliver goods. Paytrail Oy is the seller of goods and receiver of payments (creditor). The transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Oy. Paytrail Oy is responsible for all sale related obligations.

When paying online, please make sure your browser returns to the online shop after payment, to finalize the order.
Should you by accident, however, close the banking window before the browser has automatically returned to the store: the status of your order will stay “Waiting for payment” or “Cancelled”. Check from your bank account statement whether the payment has been charged, then let us know your order number and the date of purchase, so that we can locate the payment and process your order manually.
PayPal is an internet payment transfer system. The payment method charge for PayPal is 3%. When choosing PayPal the payment will be effected directly from the customer’s own PayPal account or from a credit card in the PayPal service. More information on PayPal at www.paypal.com.
NOTE! If you have not selected the PayPal payment method upon ordering but will later decide to send the payment to our PayPal account please inform us by e-mail to sales @ myllymuksut.com so that your payment can be directed to the right order.
Prepayment, bank transfer
Products and the shipping cost can be paid with a bank transfer. The account number is shown on the order confirmation. You may make a transfer using your own online banking tool, or at the bank’s service counter.
Please note that the money transfer between banks may take 2-3 working days before your payment shows on our account. Your order will be shipped after the payment has been received.
Orders are processed in order of arrival. Packages are sent out every working day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The processing time for your order is approximately 2-7 working days from order confirmation. Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail.
NOTE: If you have received from us an e-mail notification that your order has been shipped but after a certain period of time your order has not arrived please contact first your nearest post office and ask for your delivery. This concerns above all shipments without any tracking number like letters and big letters up to 2 kg of weight. If not found please contact sales @ myllymuksut.com
We will not cover the cost of resending the package, if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. We do not resend returned packages.
Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make a damage report immediately in the post office. Then contact us.
Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as cancelling the order. For unclaimed packages a separate fee 20 € will be charged.
Returns & Warranty
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. According to the EU consumer protection laws, there is a 14 day right to return from receipt. Claims require a dated proof of purchase for warranty returns. Always save the receipt of your purchase. The right for returns expires after 14 days. Please note that we do not redeem COD (cash on delivery) items.
The item to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in original condition. Tailor-made custom products are not eligible for return. Personal hygiene products, such as the Lunette Cup, are non-returnable.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, first fill out the product return form, or provide the required information in another manner. Insufficient information prolongs the processing time of the returns. The cost of the return postage is always the responsibility of the client. It is advisable to ask for a receipt from your post office as proof, when sending back the item.
When you are returning only a part of your order we do not refund the postage fee.
If the returned item is part of an order eligible for free shipping, the return shipping cost is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
We comply with the statutory six-month liability for defects. Please note that this liability does not apply to defects resulting from incorrect use or deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear.
Once we have reviewed the returned product and found it eligible for a return, we will refund the amount to the customer within 30 days of receiving the product.
Settlement of disputes
If a dispute concerning a sales agreement is not settled by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for a decision on the matter.
Prior to contacting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling, the consumer must contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
Gift cards and campaign codes are activated on the payment method page when ordering. Discounts cannot be added to the order afterwards, and will not be refunded. Note! Only one discount code per order.
Discount codes cannot be used with exchanges or refunds. Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional campaign code offers. New codes do not apply to existing orders.
Product prices include tax VAT 24%. Myllymuksut Oy reserves the right to change prices and is not responsible for any errors in the material or product information.
The person placing orders must be at least 18 years of age. The customer information will not be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes without your permission.
Copying text or image content without permission is forbidden. Site content protected by Finnish copyright laws as well as international treaties.
